Gov. Bob McDonnell announced three appointments to the Norfolk State University Board of Visitors, fulfilling in part a shake-up he reportedly sought in the wake of various school woes spotlighted in the media for months.
McDonnell named Michael Rochelle, Deborah DiCroce and Bryan Cuffee to fill three vacancies on the 13-member board. Rochelle, a retired Army lieutenant general of Manassas, is founder, president and CEO of MDR Strategies LLC. DiCroce, a Chesapeake resident, is president and CEO of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation. Cuffee, of Virginia Beach, is vice president of development for Gold Key | PHR Hotels & Resorts.
