Edna Baehre-Kolovani, the new president of Tidewater Community College, is ready to fill the big shoes left behind by her predecessor Deborah M. DiCroce.
Baehre-Kolovani succeeded DiCroce who retired last year after 14 years as president of the four-campus institution to become president and CEO of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation.
Under DiCroce's leadership TCC grew in enrollment, added the downtown Norfolk campus, and expanded and added programs at its other campuses.
