Joshua Duncan, a soon-to-be Navy veteran, described the Virginia Values Veterans job fair last week as awesome.
"This is the first conference I've been to where the employers actually pitch themselves to us," the 27-year-old said. "The others are tough: You try to give your 30-second to 5-minute elevator speech - however long it is. This one they actually seem receptive to veterans."
