Strayer U. will pay for students' fourth year

If you complete three years of college, Strayer University will pay for the fourth.

That's the deal that Strayer, a for-profit school, is offering in an effort to increase completion rates at a time when such schools are being criticized for students not finishing their degrees.

"The reason that we designed it the way that we did is we want to encourage degree completion," said CEO Karl McDonnell.
